With her extensive recruitment experience and passion for building strong relationships, Jennie is the perfect fit to lead this new chapter.

Jennie brings 14 years of recruitment expertise, having worked with Robert Half in both contract and permanent placement roles. Her career journey is a testament to her dedication and skill:

• Early Career Success: Jennie began on the fast-paced contract side, managing administrative and clerical placements quickly and precisely.
• Permanent Placement Expertise: Transitioning to direct hire, Jennie specialized in accounting, finance, HR, operations, and high-level administrative positions, delivering exceptional results in a competitive market.
• Award-Winning Performance: Jennie’s achievements include multiple President’s Club and Chairman’s Club awards, recognizing her as a top performer.

Building strong relationships is at the heart of Jennie’s recruiting partnerships. “Working in a limited territory with a population of less than 500,000 people (Salem to Eugene, Oregon) honed my skills in building long-lasting and strong relationships with both clients and candidates,” Jennie shared.

A Personal Touch

Jennie resides on 14 acres near Eugene, Oregon, with her husband of nearly 30 years. She’s an avid trail and endurance rider, enjoying the great outdoors with her Tennessee Walking horses, two donkeys, two Highland cows, and a host of other furry friends, including two dogs and two cats. Her passion for nature fuels her drive and hands-on leadership approach in her professional life.
